📝 Custom Orders & Design Specifications

When placing your order online, please ensure:

  • You select the correct pack size.

  • You include any custom design requests in the comments section at checkout.

If no specific customizations are submitted, your order will be fulfilled with our standard design automatically. We are unable to make changes once the baking process has started, so please double-check your details before confirming your order.

🚚 Delays Due to COVID-19 or Unexpected Events

In the case of a government-imposed lockdown or events beyond our control (such as a COVID-19-related disruption), order processing and delivery times may be delayed or, in rare cases, canceled. While we will always do our best to keep you informed and fulfill your order, Sophia’s Cookie Creations cannot be held liable for delays or cancellations due to these unforeseen circumstances.

💳 Refunds & Store Credit

As a small business specialising in handmade goods:

  • All refunds will be issued as store credit, redeemable on future purchases.

  • We do not offer cash refunds.
